Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great central location and is quiet despite being off the interstate, making it ideal for families. The breakfast options were enjoyable, but the room I stayed in felt a bit dated, and there were some issues with the billing that caused frustration. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some improvements are needed.
While the hotel had some clean and well-maintained areas, the dated fixtures and overall condition of the rooms were not impressive. The location was convenient for getting around, but the hotel feels like it's in transition and could use some upgrades. The staff provided friendly service, but the overall experience left me wanting more.
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was filled with ups and downs. The restaurant service was exceptional, with a standout experience thanks to Chef Keisha and server Niki. However, the room left much to be desired, lacking cleanliness and basic amenities like extra soap. The hotel is easily accessible from I-85, but the overall experience was marred by significant service issues and cleanliness concerns.
My stay at the Park Hotel was peaceful and generally pleasant. The room was clean, though it could have used more toiletries. I appreciated the proximity to downtown and the clean facilities. However, the dining experience was lacking, particularly with breakfast items running out early. Overall, it served its purpose for a quick business trip, but I might look for a different place next time.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to access various attractions, and the room was comfortable and quiet despite a few cleanliness issues. On the downside, the service was lacking, especially when it came to resolving simple requests and ensuring the room was properly cleaned. The dining experience was acceptable, but it could use more variety at breakfast. Given the inconsistency, I'm not sure if I'd choose to stay here again.
